I wrote this book based on my own lifelong struggle with agonizing procrastination, poor focus, and disorganization. I've been learning about and working on my own personal development since before I was 20. I was more interested in this non-traditional self-education than attending college since I was a terrible student in the traditional model...because I couldn't pay attention long enough to learn well-enough and it felt so defeating.

Maybe, like me, you've tried all the gadgets, time management tricks, expert advice, and NOTHING has worked consistently.

How is this being delivered?

This is a live format. You can attend in person at Urban Co-Works location in Scranton PA or virtually via Zoom. You must let us know in advance of class if you plan to attend in person so we can add your name on the list to get building access.

Am I guaranteed to never procrastinate again after this class?

There are no magic fairies or pixie dust included in this class. If there were, I would have used it long ago to solve my own lack of focus and procrastination issues.

What I can promise is that I have the framework to help you learn what is causing your lack of focus, inaction, and feeling stuck, the tools, mindset shifts, and behaviors to breakthrough those patterns to make progress on overcoming procrastination.

Success in the masterclass and your progress after depends greatly on YOU. Show up, be present, follow the suggestions, and believe in yourself.

Since this is right after my work - can I bring my to-go dinner to eat during class?

We prefer you do not bring heavy food and snacks that are loud and have strong odors. These are things that can disrupt class and cause difficulty for others to focus. However, there is a kitchen area and seating available for you enjoy your food prior to joining the classroom, as well as after, if you like.  

How long is each class?

90 minutes.

What time is class each week?

5:30-7pm EST

Can I show up and register in person?

Nope. Pre-registration and payment is required prior to class. Enrollment deadline for this cohort is April 10, 2024

If I'm not able to attend a class is there a recording to watch it later?

No. The classes may be recorded for organizational assessment and review the content is only available live during the scheduled date/time.

If I attend in person, where is parking?

There is street parking that is free after 5pm. There is a parking garage directly across the street from Urban Co-Works

Does my location matter?

No. You can attend all classes virtually.  

Are beverages or snacks available on-site for in-person attendance?

Yes. Coffee, filtered water are available for free. Feel free to BYOB.

We will provide a variety of snacks to help sustain you since this class is scheduled around dinner hour.

What time can I arrive for onsite in-person sessions at Urban Co-Works in Scranton?

You can arrive anytime after 5:00pm. The training room opens at 5:15pm. Plan to arrive no later 5:20pm to get a seat and ready to begin at 5:30pm. Be sure to allow time for parking and accessing the building.
